What is your favourite food in your state or country?
I have a choice here since I live in two different countries, but since I do have a favourite dish and it’s not made here in the UK, guess I’ll have to go with Sri Lanka.
My favourite meal in Sri Lanka is called Kottu Roti. Amazing.

Kottu, or Kottu Roti is a Sri Lankan dish, made from a Sri Lankan pancake called “Godhamba Roti” and Vegetables, Egg, and/or Meat, and various spices. A delicious hot kottu can be found in almost all parts of Sri Lanka, and is generally eaten as a dinner meal. The most common varieties of Kottu are beef or chicken, with egg and vegetable Kottus also available for vegetarians. A new ingredient, cheese, has only recently been introduced but already has a strong following and seems to be becoming a mainstay.
It is traditional to make the kottu on a heated iron sheet, used specifically for the purpose, and the cutting up and mixing of the kottu is done using two other rather blunt metal blades. This clashing of metal on metal creates a very distinctive sound, and come late evening the beat of kottu being prepared can be heard rising up from any small roadside restaurant.
Kothu Roti originated in Jaffna, in the northern parts Sri Lanka during the early 70s. Etymologically the name is Tamil language meaning “chopped roti”. (Chopped wheat roti mixed with curry suace) The basic rotti is made of Gothamba flour. The name itself is Tamil Gothamba (A form of Kathamba-meaning a flour made out of a variety of grains-referring to the white flour, and roti (ROTTI). Slowly it has spread to other parts of the country as the strife within the country continued and has now caught up and has become extremely popular. Etymologically Kothu Correctly Koththu means “Chopping” meaning Chopped Roti, where the curry, generally a meat curry (sauce) is “chopped” or “mixed” thoroughly with the pieces of wheat bread (Roti).Kothu is now a food that has successfully transcended social boundaries in Sri Lanka. Kothu, which used to be a cheap, takeaway meal for the lower classes has now become almost a staple diet for the upper classes as well, specially among the young and outgoing. It is now a common practice in Sri Lanka for nightclub and party goers in Sri Lanka to end their nights with a kothu as a midnight snack.

In which case I could claim that it’s theoretically Chinese! 
I would have liked eating that but I hate vegetables so it’s not very probable I’d like it. But one should always try.
And I’ll be doing this after the exams.
And another thing, just for a couple of days, don’t leave any comments on any of my posts, especially the latest “During the exams one”. I think someone has found my URL.
That coolspoke guy, I searched his IP Address and he’s from my city and it possibly is somebody I know so I’m not gonna be making any posts for a while. Just gonna abandon it for a couple of days and see what happends. Damnit if this thing spreads out. might have to end up deleting the blog.
Okay. Will just look at comments on mine or Ash’s blog then.
Yea, and I think it’s the guy who I mentioned in the post. The one who went to the library. I don’t have a clue how he managed to find me. I’ve already deleted my Hi5 and maybe this could make me delete my Facebook as well.
I asked the WordPress guys if there’s a way we can ban a particular person from being able to read a blog. Haven’t got any replies yet. Maybe I’ll set the blog to private for a couple of days and add you and Ash as members who can read and comment. It all depends on his next comment now as I’ve asked him why he’s so interested in the guy who was going with me to the stairs. Gee, this is all so scary. I don’t want my whole class to know about that part of my life

I can’t afford to let that guy read whatever I’ve written. Even if it means not getting my usual 400 hits a day. That’d hurt though.

Gotcha. How did you know it was facebook? If you set your facebook contact to private he can’t see your page only your friends can.
I agree with you about that. Don’t want the whole class knowing about your private business. Scary. At least that would explain why when I tried to log into your blog it asked for my pw and I’m like whaaa?
Hopefully the silly guy will disappear after a while.
He said he reached from somewhere around Facebook. Happened to come across the Facebook badge and then searched for me and wallah, google gave me away just like that. Screw them!
Since morning now, I’ve been busy removing my blog’s URL from here and there. And I just hope he decides to disappear soon because I can’t live without hits for long. I’d rather keep a diary if I was the only one who’d get to read what I’ve written.
Gotcha on that. Why don’t you move to a complete new url? Open a new wordpress account and transfer everything to the new blog? Keep the old one as a decoy though?
Idea: Why don’t you write on the anti-social’s page? That hasn’t been touched in months.
Leaving that blog and going to a new URL will be amazingly tough. I’ve worked a lot on that sidebar and header and everything and what about all the hits? And people usually stop leaving comments when you move to a new URL. They just turn lazy and ignore it. I’ll not move. And I’ll talk to the guy day after and see his reaction. That’d decide the future course of action. Meanwhile, I’m gonna use this as downtime and fix up some more stuff in the sidebar and about me’s.
He might be having the link to all my blogs because all of them are listed there and all were clicked as well. So I don’t feel like taking a risk. I’ll try and refrain.

I think I’m gonna make a blog post about him. In the last two days, I’ve been so screwed that I can’t take it anymore. If I’m made to continue like this with every member of my family shouting at me to do this or that, you’ll get to see the blog coming back in a couple of hours itself. I don’t give one flying fu** about what he thinks about me or what the rest of them think about me. They simply don’t deserve being thought about by me.

Great Sha, it released in India today. Don’t think it released in my city though. Even if it did, I wouldn’t have been able to see it because it wouldn’t survive for more than a week and my exams will not have finished by then.

i ate it in a sri lankan restaurant in rome, but it shut down!!now i cannot find anywhere another place where to eat it…so sad…
i can’t even get a fine recipe coz they’re all different one from another…
